During the construction, the blade of the paver has the function of distributing materials evenly. During construction, the blades are also vulnerable to wear and tear. If they are used improperly, they will also break. The quality of blades requires not only good casting materials, but also proper attention during installation.

 

 

 

 

 

Before installing the blades, the diesel engine shall be stopped, and the foot grid shall be installed immediately after the assembly of the auger extension meets the paving requirements. In the factory, the installation of spiral blades ensures that the materials are transported outwards. The conveying direction is marked by the arrows on the blades. If the installation of spiral blades is correct, the arrows on the left and right spiral blades point outwards next to the bearing seat of the material distributing bar. And the claw shaped blade on the right side of the middle, which is assembled to ensure the inward delivery of materials. If this layout is selected, when paving a certain material, the surface structure of the lower area of the distribution box will be significantly improved. When paving with a large working width, the extension section of the distribution bar equipped will be 1.0~4.0m, which will be respectively installed on the baffle support outside the main machine. When paving with a working width of 3m or less, usually remove the blade at the bearing end of the basic material distributing rod and install the sheath. This will reduce shaft and blade wear.
